The house is arranged on two floors:\r\n
On the ground floor, a tipical majorcan hall with a living room and to the right the historical stairs, dining living room with acces to the patio and pool, modern and fully equipped kitchen, with two fridges freezer, microwave, dishwasher, combined gas and electric hob, etc., the kitchen has direct access from the street and has a toilet with laundry room that also has access from the pool.\r\n
Up stairs there are three large bedrooms, one with bunkbed, and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, a master suite with double bed 2x2m with ensuite bathroom with shower and dressing room. All rooms are very sunny, two with pool views.\r\n

The whole house has hot and cold air conditioning and Internet ADSL.\r\n

In summer the sun shines around all the patio except on the natural porch, furnished with table and chairs, the pool is of 5x4 m and have a depth of 1.80 m, with outdoor shower, sunbeds and barbecue.\r\n

The beach of Barcares is only 1.5 km away and few meters from the house you will find restaurants, shops, supermarkets.
