Your Villa in Cala D´ Or

Situation

This villa with whitewashed walls in the traditional Ibiza style is situated in a good position, in a quiet residential area yet only 3 minutes walk to the stylish Cala D'Or marina with restaurants, cafeterias, a supermarket and some boutiques. The closest sandy coves are Cala Egos aprox. 1km. away and Caló des Pou about 1,1km. away. Cala D’Or centre is 1.5km. away and offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops. This area you also find several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran and Cala D’Or. The charming seaside town of Porto Petro is only 4 minutes drive away.

The Villa

Bordoy is a lovely villa that has been recently nicely refurbished offering a comfortable accommodation with bright rooms and a spacious sun terrace. It's the perfect choice for families or groups of friends. Only the ground floor is available. From the entrance we access into an open and light living/dining area with comfortable sofas and an open fireplace. The kitchen is well furnished and has access to the pool area. There are three bedrooms: a double bedroom full of natural light with en suite shower room, and two bright twin rooms sharing a bathroom. The villa offers fans in all bedrooms.

Outside

At the front of the villa there is a Mediterranean garden and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. The back of the villa is really nice with a refreshing pool with Roman steps surrounded by a spacious lovely sun terrace with comfortable sun beds; is the perfect spot to enjoy the long and sunny summery days. There is also a small covered terrace with a table and chairs. The brick-built barbecue to prepare unforgettable al-fresco meals is between the kitchen and the pool area.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 35€ per week each.
All of the properties provide sun beds for the maximum number of persons allowed in the property.
