This Ibiza style villa has a great location as is set in a quiet street, only 50m. away to the sandy cove Cala D’Or and 150m. to the centre. Cala D’Or centre offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, shops, boutiques, pubs and a bustling night life; all you need to spend a great holiday. In Cala D’Or area there are several sandy coves, Cala D’Or, Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda etc., you can practice also water sports or take the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south-east coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports such as Porto Petro, Porto Colom or even the natural Park of Mondragó. The exclusive marina of Cala D’Or is within 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes drive direction Porto Colom you will find the golf course “Vall D’Or Golf”.
The villa
Constans is a spacious and simple Ibiza style villa that counts with the villa and an annexe studio by the pool. The ground floor boasts a spacious living/dining area with access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The old style fitted kitchen offers a little breakfast area. There is also an utility room with the washing machine. This floor boasts three twin bedrooms with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes –two of them are very spacious and have access to the covered terrace. These three bedrooms share two shower-rooms. An original stone stairs leads to the upper floor where is the master bedroom with a double bed with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. The studio located by the pool has access from the exterior. It boasts a double bedroom overlooking the pool area with a ceiling fan, a bathroom and a living area with a small kitchenette and a fridge.
Exterior
At the back of the villa there is a covered terrace overlooking the pool area with a sitting area to relax, a teak table, chairs and a portable barbecue to enjoy “al fresco” meals. There is a rectangular pool with Roman steps (8m x 6m. – Deph Min.0.80, Max 2.00m.) and a sun terrace with sun beds. The Mediterranean garden around the pool has tall palm and pine trees that provide a nice shade for the warmest days of the summer. From the garden there is access to the back street and only 50m. away we find the sandy cove “Cala D’Or”.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 35€ per week each.
