The centre of Cala D’Or with its bustling pedestrian area is within 5 minutes drive (approx. 2.5 km.) and offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, shops and pubs with live music. The charming fishing town of Porto Petro is within 5 minutes drive. There is also golf course within 10 minutes drive from the villa.

The villa

Cova Blanca is a brand new whitewashed villa. This comfortable two-storey villa is spacious, enjoys a lot of natural light, offers air conditioning in all bedrooms and individually designed bath/shower rooms. The ground floor boasts a bright, airy and spacious living/dining room with comfy sofa seating area and French doors opening to the poolside terrace, a fully fitted contemporary kitchen and a separate utility room with washing machine. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a guest cloakroom. The upper floors boasts three double bedrooms with en suite bath/shower rooms and access to a terrace -one of the bathrooms has a bath-. Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace with partial sea views and steps to the rooftop terrace with far reaching sea views.

Air conditioning with a fixed timetable (14.00h. to 16.00h. and 22.00h. to 07.00h.).

Outdoor

The crystal clear kidney shaped pool (8m x 4m) with roman steps is the perfect spot to enjoy the long and relaxing summery days; the comfortable sun loungers complement the ample sun terraces with part sea views. There is also a barbecue and a covered poolside terrace perfect for unforgettable "al-fresco" evening meals. At the rear of the villa there are small grassed areas.
