Accommodation

Approached from the garden terrace the main entrance opens into the imposing Living-dining room with 12 seater table, comfy seating area with four leather sofas, complimentary internet connection, Satellite TV and DVD. Fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, electric hob and fridge freezer. Side door to the BBQ casita and dining terrace. Bedroom 1 of 6 is a large twin room with interior stone wall feature and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 of 6 is an attractive twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an adjacent shower room, purpose built with wide access which is suitable for wheelchairs. There is a separate utility area with washing machine. From the interior hallway the staircase leads up to Bedroom 3 of 6, the Master bedroom with dressing room, beautiful ensuite bath/shower room. It also has external access down a separate stairway down to a walled sun terrace, which is ideal for private sun-bathing. From the landing area are a further 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 4 and 5 of 6 are both twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room, they both enjoy lovely views across the swimming pool towards the mountains. Bedroom 6 of 6 is a double bedroom with an optional single bed (can be used as required), it has fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bath/shower room. All bedrooms have complimentary air conditioning for a total of 11 hours per day. Extra hours are available upon request to our representative. N.B. From the rear terrace there is a wide access door that is suitable for wheelchairs.

Surroundings

One of the main features of Finca Es Fasser is the beautiful BBQ casita and part covered dining terrace overlooking the 12.00m infinity pool with Roman steps. Comfortably furnished with restful cushioned wood and bamboo furniture. This is a very relaxing area ideal for long lazy lunches and alfresco dinners. For sports enthusiastics table tennis is available. Comfortably furnished sun terraces have reclining sunloungers and from here are far reaching views towards s`Horta, the distant mountains and blue Mediterranean sea. In the walled gardens are many orange, lemon and almond trees.
