Location
Sauces is located right on the sea within easy walk to Cala Gran beach and to all amenities. The sandy beach Cala Gran is approx. 500m. away and Cala D’Or centre about 700m. away with a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, shops and boutiques; all you need to spend a great holiday. In Cala D’Or you can also practice water sports or enjoy a day excursion with a sailing boat or glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports such as Porto Petro or Porto Colom or even the natural Park of Mondragó. The exclusive marina of Cala D’Or with superb restaurants and cafeterias is 5 minutes drive and within 10 minutes drive direction Porto Colom is a well-know golf course.
The villa
The villa Sauces is a traditional Ibiza style villa on two levels. From the entrance there is access to the open dining room and lounge with patio doors opening to the covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea. Also on this level is the cloakroom, the kitchen, a twin bedroom and the master double bedroom with access to the covered terrace. From the coverd terrace steps go down to the pool and gardens. There are two more twin bedrooms on the garden level of the villa with access to the pool. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own en suite bathrooms.
The owners use a separate apartment on the 2nd floor level with its own private external staircase. It is attached to the villa, but does not affect the privacy of you, your villa, pool or garden area. They are seldom in during the summer period.
Outside
The outside is very pleasant with mature gardens with some lawned areas, pine trees and a swimming pool (8m.x 4 m) that enjoys superb views over the sea. There is a sun terrace by the pool with sun beds; ideal to relax and spend the long summery days. The brick barbecue and patio furniture are under a covered terrace close to the living room are ideal for outside dining. From the pool area there is a small path that runs down from the villa to the rocks and the edge of the sea. At the rocks there is a metallic stairs to go down the sea.

For the groups of youngsters, a refundable deposit of 300 euros (in cash) will have to be paid upon arrival.
