Location
This beautiful country house with a private tennis court enjoys a great location as is set in the country in a quiet area within walking distance to Cala Ferrera sandy cove (approx. 1.2km.). Cala Ferrera centre is a little bit further away and offers some shops, restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. Other sandy coves in the area are Cala Esmeralda and Cala Serena. The renowned Cala Sanau is also within a few minutes drive. Cala D’Or centre with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and sandy coves in 5 minutes drive. Here you can practice water sports or take the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south-east coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports such as Porto Petro, Porto Colom or even the natural Park of Mondragó. Approx. 5 minutes drive direction Porto Colom you will find the golf course “Vall D’Or Golf”.
The house
Sivina is a spacious family villa with cooling marble tiles throughout, furnished with an elegant classic style. Through the spacious hall there is access to the open living/dining room with relaxing sofa area and French doors opening to the garden and furnished poolside terrace. Beautiful open plan kitchen equipped to the highest standard and separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. Large utility room equipped with washing machine. Tumble dryer available in the garage. This floor also offers two bedrooms; one double and one twin that share a gorgeous family bathroom with a raised circular bath an a separate large shower. Separated shower room that can be accessed from the exterior. The marble staircase leads upstairs into a further lounge with fine views across the gardens pool and tennis court. French doors open to the upper sun terrace affording an ideal private sun bathing area. The master double bedroom suite has a separate dressing area. Two attractive twin bedrooms have windows overlooking open countryside. These bedrooms share a marble tiled bathroom that has a round jacuzzi bath.

The exterior
The outside is really spacious an relaxing with extensive well kept lawned areas, a citrus orchard and has its own private tennis court. Lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool where you can relax and enjoy delicious “al fresco” meals cooked at the portable barbecue. Fantastic swimming pool (12.00m-4.5m Depth 1.00m-2.00m) with Roman steps and a pool slide –great fun for the children-. Comfortably furnished sun terraces surrounded by extensive lawned areas.
