Location
The villa West has a great location as is set in a quiet street, approx. 95m. away to the sandy cove Cala D’Or and 110m. to Cala D’Or centre with a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, shops, boutiques, pubs and a bustling night life; all you need to spend a fantastic holiday only a few steps away from the villa and without need of a car. In Cala D’Or area there are several sandy coves, Cala D’Or, Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda etc., you can practice also water sports or take the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south-east coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports such as Porto Petro, Porto Colom or even the natural Park of Mondragó. The exclusive marina of Cala D’Or is within 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes drive direction Porto Colom you will find the golf course “Vall D’Or Golf”.
The villa
The villa West is a typical Ibiza style villa full of natural light furnished with an eclectic style, a nice combination of new and old. The villa has different levels as it’s built on a small slope. From the garden we access to the hall and to the airy living/dining room with French doors opening onto the partially covered terrace overlooking the pool area. The kitchen is bright and boasts a dining area; an original built semi-circle shaped table. On this floor there is also a double and a twin bedroom; both have access to the terrace and share a shower-room. From the living/dining room a stairs take us to the upper floor where is the open master bedroom with a spacious shower-room. This bedroom enjoys a lot of natural light, is spacious and has access to a large private sun terrace with sun beds; and ideal spot to relax. These three bedrooms offer air conditioning cold/warm.
Outside, from the side of the villa we go down a few steps and access to the lowest level where the pool is. On this level by the pool there is a small apartment simply furnished. As we enter the apartment from the pool terrace we find small kitchen with a table and two sofas (it has air conditioning cold/warm). There is also a small twin bedroom and a double bedroom that share a small shower-room. At the side of the house, from the exterior we find the laundry room that has also a shower and a toilet.
Outside
The exterior is spacious and quiet. As we enter the property we find a Mediterranean garden with a big palm tree and wild olive tree, flowerpots and a small porch with a table, chairs and a colourful bougainvillea. At the back of the villa from the living room there is access to a lovely partially covered terrace overlooking the pool with a table and chairs. From the side we access to the pool area with an original heart shaped swimming pool with Roman steps (8m x 8m. – Deph Min.0.90, Max 1.70m.) and a sun terrace with sun beds, the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the long summery days. There is also an open shower and a barbecue area with a brick built barbecue, a table and chairs to enjoy “al fresco” meals. From pool area there is access to the back street and only 95m. away we find the sandy cove “Cala D’Or”.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 5€ per night each.

For the groups of youngsters, a refundable deposit of 300 euros (in cash) will have to be paid upon arrival.
