Your Villa in Cala D´ Or

Situation

Villa Roca Nova is situated in a residential area of Cala Egos. In a short walk (ca. 500 m) you reach the center of Cala Egos with shops, restaurants and bars. Also the nice small sandy cove Cal� des Pou you can reach in a 5 minutes walk. The bustling tourism resort of Cala D'Or is about 2 km away. There you find shopping streets, lots of restaurants and bars, nightlife, the famous marina and several sandy coves of the south-east-coast. Visit also the weekly markets of Santanyi or Felanitx where you can buy regional products.

The Villa

The Villa is fenced on either side to give it a pleasing degree of privacy from neighbouring villas. From the entrance you get in the open lounge/dining room with access to the pool area. The nice, well equipped kitchen has an access to the BBQ area in the garden. There are one double room with en-suite bahroom and a twin bedroom with a shower room nearby. A further double room with en-suite shower room has a separate entrance. An external staircase leads to the fourth room, a twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and access to the upper sun-terrace overlooking the pool.

Outdoor

The original pool is set in a small lawned garden with palm trees providing shadow. There is a nice furnished, covered terrace and of course a BBQ area. Enjoy the summer sun on the sun-loungers around the pool or relax in the shadow reading a book.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 35€ per week each.
All of the properties provide sun beds for the maximum number of persons allowed in the property.

For the groups of youngsters, a refundable deposit of 300 euros (in cash) will have to be paid upon arrival.
