Beautiful location in Cala San Vincente, in the mediterranean pine forests,  300 metres  walk to the enchanting sandy bays, restaurants and bars.   Peaceful position on exclusive estate of 12 villas.   Spread over 2 levels with 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) and 1 toilet.  A sofa bed is available for 1 extra child.   Lounge/diner with sofa, dining table & fireplace.  Recently reformed kitchen. Terraces front and back.  Communal swimming pool with sunbeds and fenced off area for children.  Beautiful mountain and sea views.  Pollensa Old Town and Puerto Pollensa are about 5 minutes away by car.  Pollensa & Aucanada golf courses are both approx. 10 minutes away by car.
