Country house located between Calonge and Es Carritxo. Calonge is a small town 2 km away from Batlet. This small village offers bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The tourist resort of Cala d'Or is only 6 km. away. The country house It is built in a traditional Majorcan style, with garden and swimming pool. The barbecue area is spacious and very nice.
Ground floor
It is part of the house, but it is closed as the owner has not renovated it yet. Nevertheless there is not any risk for children.
First floor
The access to the first floor is through an exterior stair. From the entrance there is a direct access to the open plan kitchen dining/living area. All is well furnished and the kitchen is completely equipped. This floor also offers three double rooms that share two bathrooms.
Outside
The house is located in a quiet area, there are no nieghbours by the house yet it is only 50 metres from the main road direction to Calonge.
The restaurant Sa Farinera, that offers typical Majorcan dishes is only 1 km. away from the house.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 35€ per week each.
All of the properties provide sun beds for the maximum number of persons allowed in the property.
