The house is on two levels, the ground floor only as a Hall entrance and where stays the ancient oil press in its original state.\r\n

On the first floor comprises into living room, dining room, large kitchen and equipped, three double bedrooms all with in-suite bathroom, where there is a tub and two showers-glass cabin. It also has a guest toilet.\r\n

From the living room and master bedroom are accessed to the front terrace with porch very large and overlooking the pool and all the surroundings.\r\n

The wines produced in this region are of the PDO Binissalem.\r\n
