Pretty villa with a spacious pool area close to the old town of Pollensa. This traditional house has wonderful features and is set in the breathtaking countryside only 500 metres from the golf course in Pollensa.
Set on two levels, the ground floor has a large living / dining area with comfortable sofas, wood burning stove, TV and DVD player. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom (bed size 0,90 x 1,90) and a shower room.
On the first floor there are a further three bedrooms, two double bedrooms (bed size 1,60 x 2,00) and a twin bedroom (bed size 0,90 x 1,90). The bedrooms are roomy and have air conditioning units and central heating.
Outside there is a spacious furnished covered barbecue area with dining table and chairs, large brick built barbecue and a shower room. The gardens are very well maintained and offer shady spots from the heat of the sun. A ping pong table is also provided for your entertainment. The pool is surrounded by sun beds in the grassed areas and there is also a shower to the side of the pool.
