This is a lovely family villa in the countryside outside Pollensa. It's a bright and airy stone house with a great pool and lots of land, lawns and Mediterranean plants and trees. The villa is suitable in parts for wheelchair access .
It's in a really peaceful spot down a quiet narrow lane off the Pollensa to Alcudia road. Inside the house, all the rooms have bright white walls, terracotta tiles and traditional Mallorcan beamed ceilings. The lounge-dining room has a long dining table, two sofas, television, a DVD and a CD player. Double doors from here open up onto a very pretty covered terrace which runs around two sides of the house, overlooking the gardens and the pool. The kitchen has appliances including dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer and lots of workspace. Also on this ground level there's a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there's another double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. There are two bathrooms here too - one with a bath and a shower and a second walk in shower. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and lots of storage space. These first-floor rooms all have lovely views out over the gardens to wooded valleys. There are established gardens all around the house, with lawns shaded by palms, olives and fig trees. There's a sunbathing terrace by the pool, a table tennis table and a stone-built barbecue.
