The large sliding doors open out onto the terrace, the garden and, just a few metres beyond that, to the the beach. The well equipped modern kitchen has all amenities, and for al fresco dining there is a BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a double with en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms and also a shower room.
An enclosed spiral staircase leads up to the double bedroom, with a toilet. There is air conditioning upstairs. This is the perfect villa for those wishing to enjoy a beach holiday.
