The rustic decoration emphasised by the dark shaded furniture, the wooden ceiling beams along with many familiar details, convert this accommodation into a loving and comfortable home. The villa is set on two levels featuring four double bedrooms benefiting from central heating. The ground floor comprises of a well fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, a spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD, two twin bedrooms and one double room sharing a full bathroom.
The fourth double bedroom with a full bathroom is set on the first floor.
Outside a covered terrace conserves the ancient ambience with clay tiles and wooden beams.
The garden is formed by a lawned area and the enclosed pool adds to the relaxing and secure atmosphere. The accommodation has a privileged location, only a few km from the Port of Pollenca and about 700m from the Golf Club.
