Volantina is ideally located only 900m from the bay of Pollensa and in a few minutes by car you are in Pollensa. This well-kept new finca is a perfect destination for families and groups of friends, with absolute tranquillity and proximity to the sea, but also close to the wonderful old town of Pollensa with its beautiful square, cosy bars and restaurants.

This finca is large and generous: The beautiful natural stone facade, spacious outdoor areas and cosy terraces (partly covered) impress upon entering the 6.000 m2 plot. Inside, the interior continues this generosity. From the terrace you have access into the entrance hall. Also on the ground floor of this light-filled house you will find the living room with large flat screen TV, DVD and CD Player, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, vitroceramic, microwave and espresso machine (only separated by a sliding door), a utility room with washing machine. There is also a double bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom. Behind the house there is a partly covered terrace and also in the summer, shaded areas as well as a great view of the large pool (4,5 x 12 metres), which is fed by a waterfall. Outside there is also a fixed BBQ. A wide staircase leads to the upper floor, there are three further bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds that can be pushed together). One of the bedrooms (with dressing room) has a bathroom en suite, the other two bedrooms share another bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to a rooftop terrace, from which you have a fantastic view over the land and the bay of Pollensa. From this terrace you can climb a spiral staircase to another rooftop terrace, perfect for undisturbed sunbathing. There is air conditioning throughout the house and Wireless Internet Access.
