This lovely countryside property is set in a peaceful residential area of Son Toni which is between Sa Pobla and Pollenca.
Balena is comfortable and spacious 4 bedroom villa well equipped with TV, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and electric hob and oven. Set on 2 floors, the lower floor consists of one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, another bedroom which has 2 single beds, a living/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen which also leads onto the terrace. For convenience there is also a WC on this floor.
From the living room there is an elegant staircase which leads up to the 1st floor, here there are 2 more bedrooms both of which have 2 single beds and another fully fitted bathroom with bath. this floor also has a small salon which leads out onto a terrace and offers views over the pool.
The garden has a lawned area, terrace, pool and BBQ.
Car is essential.
