Villa Pedrosa is built in the attractive menorquin style and has been recently reformed. Found at the top of San Jaime´s hill, it has stunning views of Son Bou and its wonderful beach. Entering through the french windows from the terrace is the lounge/dining area with a practical distribution and separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar.
The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, glass cooking –hob, and fridge-freezer. To the left of the lounge, up two steps, there are two twin- bedded rooms with a bathroom which has a shower and the washing machine. And to the right of the lounge is the master bedroom with its ensuite with full bath.
The terrace is also furnished for your enjoyment and an outside shower is a practical addition to the modern affinity pool, all of which is surrounded by garden with lawns, trees and flowering plants.
