This attractive mediterrean-style villa with incredible sea views can be found in one of the quietest parts of Torre Soli. This lovely villa welcomes us with a wide driveway which leads to a private parking area.
Entering from here into the spacious hall you will see to its left there is an independant,compact but fully furnished kitchen with its ajoining practical launderette with washing machine and tumble drier. On the right you will find a large circular dining room with attractive picture windows giving delightful sea views. The spacious lounge is furnished with two comfortable sofas and two armchairs, leads out onto the outside terraces also though large windows giving sea views.
From the lounge ,up four steps , are the bedrooms ; the master bedrooms with double bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with hidro- massage shower. There are two other twin -bedded rooms, one with ensuite bathroom with shower and the other with an independant shower. All have air-conditioning. This attractive property with its extensive outside terraces, include a solarium up on the roof .
The swimming pool area with its rectangular pool and the sunny terrace which leads from the lounge has electric awnings extending from its porch which itself is comfortably furnished.
Added to all this, behind the house you will find a brick BBQ also with a generous patio and lovely menorcan style garden surrounding the villa.
