The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and juicer. The sleeping area houses four bedrooms, all equipped with individual air conditioning: - Three bedrooms fitted with a double bed and individual air conditioning each. - A fourth bedroom fitted with three single beds and individual air conditioning. The property is completed by two full independent bathrooms equipped with a shower tray. All four bedrooms and the living-dining room feature individual air conditioning units. The property also includes heat pump heating, a washing machine, and an iron. EXTERIOR The 900 m² plot is fully fenced. It offers a spacious garden with outdoor furniture, a terrace, a barbecue area for outdoor dining with views of the Peñón de Ifach, and an 8 x 5 metre private pool (with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.00 m). It provides access via two streets: one private parking space on the upper part of the plot and a second parking space on the lower street. LOCATION Situated in a privileged location in Calpe.
