VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) FOR 8 PEOPLE, SPREAD OVER TWO INDEPENDENT FLOORS WITH EXTERNAL STAIRS AND SEA VIEWS Imagine another year of holidays in Calpe but this time with an entire villa for your group, your own pool and plenty of space so nobody gets in each other's way. This house offers you exactly that: four bedrooms, four bathrooms and several living areas spread over two floors connected by external stairs, with air conditioning in the lounge and in all the bedrooms so the Costa Blanca heat won't be a problem. INSIDE THE HOUSE On the upper floor you'll find a lounge-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and a fully equipped independent kitchen, with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Here you have a spacious bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and another also spacious with two single beds. Just in front of these bedrooms there's a second lounge with a balcony and lovely views of the garden, the pool and Calpe, plus a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. Going down, on the ground floor, there's another bedroom with two single beds and its own en suite bathroom, next to a small kitchen with a charming terrace perfect for breakfast outdoors. And there's still an independent apartment with lounge-dining room and SAT/TDT TV, open-plan kitchen with gas cooker, and a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. OUTSIDE The exterior is one of the great attractions of this villa: a magnificent garden with several terraces to explore, and a rectangular 10x5 metre pool with Roman steps to enter the water at your leisure. You also have a portable barbecue for outdoor meals and plenty of space to park two vehicles within the plot, which is completely enclosed. WHERE YOU ARE The villa is in a privileged area of Calpe, peaceful yet close to everything you need. The nearest restaurants are just 750 metres away, supermarkets 1.2 km away, and the sandy beach, seafront promenade and other services 1.7 km away. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW The house has free WiFi so you're always connected. Groups of young people and pets are not allowed, so please keep this in mind when organising your stay.
