With 220 m2 of housing, the entrance to the plot has a covered parking space. The rest of vehicles can be parked at the door of the house but on the street. Going down a short flight of stairs we access the first floor. The pool is on the middle floor of the villa and measures 8/4, it has built-in stairs to access its interior, it has an outdoor shower, a hammock area for sunbathing and a small bar counter to liven up the afternoons or nights in the pool area. The barbecue area is found on the third floor and has a table for several diners, and a gas barbecue with a small built-in bar counter.
