The accommodation is distributed over 300 m² and on two floors connected by an interior staircase with 15 steps, as follows

On the first floor, you enter through the main door into an entrance hall, which leads to a large living room with TV, fireplace, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Next to the living room we find a double room, with ceiling fan, central heating and a complete bathroom in suite with a hydro-massage bath.

OUTSIDE OF THE VILLA:

On a plot of 969 m2, the entrance to the villa has several closed parking spaces and a "sail" area for shade for vehicles. Next we will find a small ramp to access the pool area, the whole plot is tiled, with an outdoor shower, swimming pool with safety fence for children, stairs of work and measures 8x4. A round table with capacity for 10 adults, hammock area, and a closed barbecue with TV, a toilet and a small gas summer kitchen and a terrace with a table and garden chairs. A very pleasant area to use all year round and where you can enjoy large family gatherings.
