KontraEndreinigung nach Vormieter meines Erachtens nachWir haben über Club Villamar ein Haus mit Privatpool gebucht. Alles klappte reibungslos und die Mitarbeiter in der Agentur sprachen perfektes Deutsch. Immer gerne wieder, da Preis (1100€ für 14 Tage Ende Juni inkl. NK und Endreinigung), Service und Haus einfach prima waren. Die einzige Reklamation (fehlender Sonnenschirm und fehlende Kaffeekanne) wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden durch Nachlieferung ins Haus perfekt erledigt. Die Hanglage sorgte für einen sagenhaften Ausblick, dadurch bedingt sind aber logischerweise Höhenunterschiede zu überwinden. Daher meiner Meinung nach nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte oder Rollstuhlfahrer. Für alle Beweglichen aber absolut genial. Auch super ist die überdachte Terrasse mit mehreren großen Glastüren. Selbst bei großer Hitze kann man es dort gut aushalten, da immer Wind vom Meer weht. Cool im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ist auch die große Kühl- und Gefrierkombination. Grill und Gartenliegen sind auch vorhanden. Ideal für 4 Erwachsene. Auch für 6 okay, dann aber ein Doppelzimmer ohne Fenster."

OUTSIDE : Pleasant swimming pool area with sun beds, from where you will enjoy beautiful views on the Natural Park of the « Peñon de Ifach » and the Mediterranean Sea. There is a ramp access up to the property where you can park a car and where there is a garage space. LOCATION : The villa is situated in a urbanization of Benissa, at the top of a hill, 10minutes by car from the beautiful coves of Benissa, from the supermarkets and restaurants.
