The accommodation has 90 m² of living space which is distributed on a single floor with a small living room with a table for 4 pax, tv and a two-seater sofa. A small independent kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and a second bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.

Outside the villa: The plot has capacity to park a car inside, has a nice garden with private pool where you can enjoy lunch, dinner and fall in love with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A hammock area for sunbathing and a covered terrace with a table to eat and dine outside overlooking the sea and the garden. The tranquility of the villa is one of its main features and is the perfect setting for a relaxing few days with your family.
The upper floor is closed and empty, and is not for rent.

It is 750 m from the supermarket "Supermercado La Fustera", 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa La Fustera", 2 km from the rocky beach "Cala Pinets" and 1,5 km from the port of Les Basetes where you can enjoy a variety of water sports.
