Beautiful villa with private pool in Benissa (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms on two floors.
INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which has a living-dining room with TV SAT/TDT and air conditioning. A fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and ceiling fan. One bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is also a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of an airy and spacious room with double bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERNAL: There is a large 10x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. A large sunbathing terrace and a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the same property. The property is completely closed.
LOCATION: The villa is just 2 km from the sandy beach and 1.9 km from the nearest supermarket. Calpe city center is 7 km away.
REMARKS Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
