Some lack of household equipment, for examples knifes for bread, knifes for pork or meat.
Coffee machine was broken glass, was replaced very quick however.
More instructions how the machines and the house works, for example TV channels. A lot of keys to the house, difficult to know which key match the correct door, one hint can be to mark up the keys in different color or batch.A good stay in general, the pool was very great, size and condition.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA FOR RENT ON BENISSA COAST (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for a maximum of12 people. LAYOUT: This big villa is spread over two independent floor connected by an outside staircase. On the top floor there are three bedrooms (one double and the others with two singles each) and two bathrooms, one with a shower. There is an independent kitchen and a living dining room with access to a covered terrace, from which you have views over the Mediterranean sea. On the main floor at pool level, the layout is just the exact same, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen and the living dinnig room in this case with access to the covered terrace by the pool. Both living rooms have a chimney. EXTERIOR: There is a spacious terrace with a big 10x5m pool, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. There is also a big exterior dinig room,a BBQ and covered terrace for those who seek a bit of shade from the hot summer sun. There is enough parking space and one garage parking space too. LOCATION: At only 750m from the famous Fustera beach and at 450m from the supermarket Fustera and restaurants. Great location if what we are looking for is to go to the beach by foot. OTHERS: FREE WIFI INTERNET
