Description

DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful villa is spread over two floors. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (two with double beds and two single beds) and three bathrooms (one with bath and two with shower, two en suite). in the main floor have a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also a whirlpool bath with shower and toilet. We have a fitness room with machines and a cozy living room with fireplace. There is a second house with kitchen, bathroom and double bed. EXTERIOR: This villa has a large plot with many trees, grass and palm trees. Nice pool with sun beds and parasols. We have several furnished terraces from which to enjoy meals in the shade, overlooking the sea and large fields that are around. LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Benissa, 10min drive from the popular town of Calpe, where we enjoy its endless sandy beaches and the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach.

Groups of young people are allowed in this villa
