Finally, a dining room and lounge with Sat TV and fireplace. From this room you can access a sun room overlooking the pool and the sea. Downstairs there´s a garage, washer and dryer. EXTERIOR: We have a pool with sun loungers next to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. In this same terrace there are an outdoor shower and a barbecue area with a large table for dining under the shade of palm trees in the garden. There is a one car garage and suficiant room on the entrance to park another one.
