LAYOUT: The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. There is a comfortable lounge and ample space consisting on a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Upstairs we have three bedrooms (two double and one with twin beds) and two shower rooms. There's also a kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. Outside an enclosed terrace furnished as living room and sitting area. EXTERIOR: It has a plot with many trees and room to park two cars. Several terraces on different levels and one overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It has a nice pool, where you can cool off on the hot summer days and sun loungers from wich to get a nice suntan. LOCATION: Located in Benissa Costa, near the beautiful Cala Pinets. 5min drive from the town of Calpe, where we can find large supermarkets. OTHER: Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the two living rooms.
