On this floor there is also a large fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washing machine. In addition, there is a spacious bedroom with double bed and an independent bathroom with shower tray. The UPPER FLOOR offers three additional bedrooms, all equipped with double beds and air conditioning. There is also a complete bathroom with bathtub on this floor. EXTERIOR The villa is set on a large plot with plenty of privacy. Outside, you will find the private 8 x 4 m swimming pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is also a built-in barbecue area for outdoor dining and parking space within the plot for 3 to 4 vehicles.
