On the UPPER FLOOR we find three bedrooms with double beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub.EXTERIOR: The villa has a large plot where the 8x4 pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower is located. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking on the same plot for 3-4 vehicles.LOCATION: The villa is located in Benissa in a very quiet area, perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and just a few minutes drive from Calpe. The nearest sandy beach is 8 km away and the nearest supermarket (Lidl Benissa) is 800 m from the house.OBSERVATIONS: Free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.
