The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large bedroom with double bed, with access to the covered terrace and a bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms each with two single beds and one of them with access to the terrace. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: Exceptional rectangular 8.5x4.5 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. On the upper terrace there is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and there is parking on the same property for two vehicles.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a very quiet area, ideal for those looking for calmness. It is only 2 km to the nearest cove and 4 km to the sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is 3 km away and the city center of Moraira is reached in 6 km.
