The lower floor has 1 bed room with a double bed and a fan, shower room and a small kitchen with eating room with direct access to the pool terrace and the BBQ area. The very large garden has trees and its diferents ambiance allowing you to fully enjoy every place of this property. Nice furniture and decoration. As this house is situated in a dead end street, there is no traffic. Parking for several cars.
