The only difference between these two studios / apartments is that one has a double bed and the other one a twin room. EXTERIOR: The large plot of 950m2 is fully enclosed, we have two entries and two parking spaces (one of them covered). A well looked after garden with palms, various trees and grass next to the kidney shaped swimming pool. Sunbeds, outdoor shower and out door dining room. There is a barbecue area with fridge and washing machine and a second dining area at the rear of the villa. LOCATION: In a quiet area of ??Benissa Costa, a 5 min drive from the Mediterranean Sea with its magnificent crystal clear water coves. 10 min away from all services, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. OTHER: WIFI INTERNET FREE.
