Belle et spacieuse maison, piscine et jardin agréable.
Cependant la maison nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.
- Plafond cuisine cloqué.
- Porte fenêtre chambre et volet détérioré.
- salle de vain vétuste, douche trop petite, bac fissuré.
- pas de pression d'eau
- barbecue trop petit et dangereux, bas de gamme.
- remplacer les deux petits frigos par un seul, plus grand et plus économique
Séjour toutefois agréable.
