La maison est grande mais il faudrait prévoir des travaux de rénovation. En effet, les murs s'effritent dans le salon et les chambres, la peinture se décolle. Les joints de salle de bain devraient être refait (noirs) et les lumières clignotent dans toutes les pièces (problème d'intensité). Le jardin est par contre très bien avec la terrasse et la très grande piscine. Possibilité de garer 2 voitures devant la maison mais qui donne directement sur la route.
