Casa Morada is a beautiful and spacious villa with everything needed for a perfect holiday. It is a villa with many pleasant surprises. Once inside, the large rooms have more to offer than initially expected. Whilst there are plenty of social areas there is also the opportunity to find a quiet place for privacy and seclusion.

For family entertainment or social gatherings the pub-style pool-side bar offers a fully equipped kitchen. Keeping with tradition there is a dart board and a table-tennis table. Alfresco meals can be taken here or under the pool-side gazebo. After a day in the sun the lower terrace offers a cool, tranquil area for a drink before dinner.

Entrepinos is a small exclusive development just a 5 minute drive from the family friendly Arenal beach area with its safe sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and supermarkets. The old town and port area of Javea are some 10 to 15 minutes drive away.

Upper floor: (1) Master bedroom suite. King size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Door to garden and pool. Steps up to en-suite shower room. (2) Twin-bedded room.

Lower floor: Leading off main entrance hall are- (3) bedroom with queen sized bed, sofa, two arm chairs, coffee table, air conditioning and door to terrace and garden and very large en-suite bathroom. (4) This bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning.

(1) very large on suite full bathroom (2) general bathroom with walk-in shower and (3) on suit bathroom with walk-in shower.

· Livingroom

Comfortably furnished with 2 leather sofas, 2 wing chairs, cable TV with a large selection of the main English French, German and Spanish channels, DVD and CD players, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Door to terrace with dining table and chairs for 6 people, drinks console and corner cupboard. Doors to terrace and all overlooking pool and garden.

· Kitchen

Traditional fully equipped modern Spanish style with fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob and microwave. Door to ground floor.

Utility room- Washing machine, dishwasher and sink

Pool surrounded by terrace and lawn, sun loungers, gazebo with table and chairs, summer house, Covered Pub style bar/ games area. BBQ.

Lower stepped gardens to side of house have palm, orange, lemon, pomegranate trees and many shrubs and lead to covered lower terrace furnished with rattan style sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table.

Upon arrival at our office we will then take you to the property.

Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly refresher clean and linen change. Hand/bath towels provided. Swimming towels can be supplied at an additional modest charge.
