Description
Pleasant summer villa with private pool located in Moraira (Costa Blanca), ideal for up to 14 people. It offers seven bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed over two independent floors, connected by external stairs.
INTERIOR:
The villa is distributed over two floors.
On the GROUND FLOOR, there is a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the covered terrace and pool area, equipped with air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
The UPPER FLOOR features another living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV. This floor has four bedrooms: two with two single beds each and two with a double bed each. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. An air conditioning unit is located in the bedroom hallway, helping to keep a more pleasant temperature on the floor when bedroom doors are left open.
EXTERIOR:
Large plot with a private 10x5 m swimming pool with metal steps. Sunbathing area with sun loungers and a covered barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. Parking space inside the plot for up to four vehicles.
LOCATION:
Only 900 m from Moraira’s sandy beach and 700 m from the nearest restaurants. The closest supermarket and Moraira town centre are 1.5 km away. Calpe town centre is 13 km away.
NOTES:
No internet connection. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra charge.
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
