Very high quality villa with private pool for 12 people in the urbanisation “Cumbre del Sol, (zone girasoles)” between Benitachell and Moraira, very sunny and fresh area, approx. 200 m below the sea level. This villa has a large, enclosed plot of 1600 m2, with several terraces on different levels. On the ground level there is the garden with different plants and trees, ideal to relax. On the main terrace there is the pool, the covered barbecue area and a veranda with comfortable garden furniture. This villa is arranged on 3 floors with a living area of 300 m².
Main floor: (access by staircase): large living dining room with high quality colonial style furniture sat-tv / tdt, internet-WIFI and access to the covered terrace. Modern kitchen, completely equipped with gas hob , dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and cookware, access to the terrace and the kitchen. 1 large bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upper floor: (connected with staircase inside): large bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony with nice view to the sea and the mountain. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with bunk bed for 2 people which could be changed into 2 single beds.
External: several terraces, large pool of 10x5 m, with built-in stairs and external shower, 1 toilet with washbasin. Covered barbecue area. Nice garden with different plants.1 room with washing machine. Parking for 3-4 cars on the plot.
Distances: only a few meters by car there is the small stony cove “cala moraig” (2,5 km), with less people even in the summer season, this beach has good quality water. To Moraira town centre approx. 9 km. Shopping centre 3 km, to Benitachell 4 km.
Extras: Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people are not allowed. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 84 € per person and per week
