Pleasant holiday villa with private pool located in Moraira (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed on a single floor.
INTERIOR: It consists of a spacious living room with Sat / DTT TV ceiling fan, exit to the covered terrace and pool. Fully equipped kitchen with gas fires, dishwasher. One bedroom with double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower en suite.
OUTSIDE: Private kidney shaped pool with dimensions 5x3 and metal stairs. Pleasant area with sun terrace in the hammocks. You can enjoy good meals in the open air barbecue available to the villa. Parking within the plot for 1 vehicle.
LOCATION: A short distance will allow you to access on foot the prestigious sandy beach “Playa de la Ampolla” and restaurants just 800 meters away. Moraira center and promenade 1 km.
NOTE: Free Wi-Fi. Animals are not allowed. The villa has heating in all rooms except one bedroom.
