An open kitchen and a spacious, modern and cozy living room furnished with leather sofas and a fireplace. EXTERIOR: From the house you get to a covered terrace, furnished with comfortable armchairsand from where you can enjoy coffee and mountain views. There is a wonderful pool, surrounded by terrace with loungers. In the back of the house an equipped barbecue area, accompanied by tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoor meals. The property grounds has parking space for the cars. LOCATION: The villa is located in a residential area of Benitachell, is the ideal retreat for those looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in a beautiful natural setting. Just 10 minutes drive from the beautiful unspoiled coves of Cumbre del Sol, a peaceful, natural and exotic surroundings.
