On this floor you will also find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds; as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR is distributed in a beautiful living-dining room, with access to a terrace where you can enjoy good views and the sun of the MEDITERRANEAN. There is also a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed (one of them with a bathroom with bathtub en suite), a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
OUTSIDE: Nice enclosed plot, with a pool area (pool measures 9x4) ideal to relax and enjoy your holiday time. There is a barbecue where you can cook outdoor meals.
DISTANCES: The villa is in a privileged urbanization due to its proximity to the beach (1,4 km), in addition to Moraira town centre, supermarket and all kind of services (1,3 km).
EXTRAS: Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 40€ per stay. It is possible to accommodate one more person with a supplement of 84€ per week.
