Villa as expected from the web site and the images there. We only missed air conditioning....

LAYOUT: This large villa is divided on two floors and connected by a beautiful staircase. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (three with twin beds and the last with double bed), all these bedrooms have a French balcony. We also find two shower rooms and a furnished terrace overlooking the countryside. On the main floor, we have a bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom. There 's a large fully equipped kitchen and a large area consisting of a lounge and dining rooms. The house has a nice two-storey high hall with high windows and double staircase. EXTERIOR: Has a large plot of 1700m2 with trees and grass. It has a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a lovely pedestal area with modern furniture. The grounds are accessed by a sliding door and a pedestrian door. LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Moraira, close to town and all amenities. In this famous town you can enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine and magnificent sandy beach. OTHER: WIFI INTERNET
