This sunny villa is located in the prestigious Oliva Nova Golf complex, very close to the magnificent sandy beaches.
The property is fully fenced and has a lawn area, as well as a private pool and covered parking within the plot.
The house has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people, it also has Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The beautiful garden is fully conditioned for your use and enjoyment, since there are chairs, an outdoor table, hammocks, a barbecue and a perfect awning to protect yourself from the hot summer days.
Upon entering the accommodation we find the open living / dining room, where there is the only satellite TV (German) in the house. Next to the living/dining room is the kitchen with a breakfast bar, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker (filter) and toaster.
Returning to the living room we can access a small corridor in charge of distributing the two rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and the bathroom equipped with a shower and sink with two bathtubs.

Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
