It is located 18 km from Denia city, 25 km from the sand beach, 1 km from the supermarket, 1 km from Orba city. The house is situated in a residential neighborhood in a mountainous zone. The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, terrace, fireplace, air conditioned in the living room, private swimming pool, open-air car parking in the same building, tv, satellite (Languages: Spanish, German).
