Leider sieht die Terrasse in Wirklichkeit nicht so einladend aus. Der Grillplatz ist eher eine Aufbewahrungsstätte für alles mögliche, der Tisch mit Panzertape geflickt und die Stühle standen lieblos neben bzw. auf dem Tisch. Desweiteren fehlt es an einem Sonnenschutz, ab 14.00 Uhr findet man keinen Schatten auf der Terasse.
Da es in den Schlafzimmern keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern gibt, muss man sich auf einen Kampf mit den Biestern und jeder Menge Stiche einstellen.
