Beautiful villa with fantastic panoramic views of the mountains and the sea in Monte Pego urbanization with 1,200 m2 of mountainous terrain. The garden has palm trees and a variety of native plants. From the 8mx4m pool we can enjoy its wonderful views. The covered terrace has a gas barbecue and an outdoor shower. Once inside the house we find a modern kitchen with an American bar which is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and two-door refrigerator. The living room has Sat-tv and air conditioning with access to the terrace. The rooms consist of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both with mosquito nets. There is a bathroom with a shower that also has a mosquito net and another bathroom with a toilet and sink. . The washing machine is in the basement through which we access via a metal stair. Private parking. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants 1.8 km away.
To the beach 8 km and Denia 12 km. Car needed. The owner appreciates that please do not smoke inside the house. Animals are not permitted.
