This beautiful holiday home is located in the urbanization of La Marina. The house has several (covered) terraces and a beautiful landscaped garden/beds. Relax and enjoy the Spanish sun from the sun terrace. And for the whole family there is some refresment in the community pool nearby, with a special children´s section. During summer life is mostly outdoors, but nevertheless the house is equipped with comforts such as double glazing, air conditioning (cold/hot), lounge, dining area with chairs, TV cabinet with TV and coffee table. The living room and kitchen are connected by a arch. The complete proper kitchen has facilities as a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, extractor, washing machine and indoor as well as outdoor illumination.
