It has a constructed surface of 111 m2 distributed in two floors.

The main entrance is on the first floor which consists of a living room and dining room with access to a nice terrace with porch where you can enjoy the beautiful views to the valley. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. 

The ground floor consists of a living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two beds and two bathrooms.

The exterior offers a pleasant and sunny garden with swimming pool where you will find the perfect space to relax and enjoy fantastic moments.

You can park your car easily and free of charge on the street.

In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
